Sr. Design Lead, Buyer Payments

We’re looking for a talented Senior Design Lead to join the Buyer Payments team at eBay. We need an experienced and motivated individual who will be responsible for leading the design of our Buyer Payments experiences. This role requires a creative eye, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly payment experiences.This is an exciting opportunity for a design-driven leader who loves collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of five years of professional experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, as well as experience in leading design teams. You should have a solid understanding of product design lifecycles, and an ability to clearly communicate design principles to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, be able to create design solutions that solve user needs, and have a strong understanding of web and mobile design. If you have experience in payments and/or ecommerce design, that’s a plus!
