Job Description

eBay is looking for an experienced and motivated Sneakers Associate Category Manager to join our team. As the Sneakers Associate Category Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of strategies to grow the sneaker business on eBay. You should have strong business acumen and experience in both the fashion and sneakers industries, as well as a passion for the brand and its products. You should be a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate for this role will have a track record of success in developing and executing strategies to accelerate the growth of the sneaker category. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to grow the sneaker business on eBay.
  2. Manage the creation and implementation of the sneaker category plan.
  3. Monitor and analyze industry trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
  4. Develop and manage relationships with key partners in the fashion and sneaker industries.
  5. Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  7. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  8. Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes.
  9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  10. Manage the budget for the sneaker category.
