- Develop and execute strategic product plans for the Personalization & myEbay team, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the team in developing and enhancing the personalization features and algorithms on the eBay platform to improve the user experience.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for product development and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data analytics, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
- Manage product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet user needs.
- Monitor product performance and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve and optimize product features.
- Identify and analyze key metrics to measure the success of the product and make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager For Personalization And Myebay Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Launching And Managing Complex Products.
Strong Knowledge Of Personalization And E-Commerce: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Personalization And E-Commerce Trends, Technologies, And Best Practices. This Includes Experience With Data-Driven Personalization Strategies, Machine Learning, And Recommendation Systems.
