SEC Reporting Manager

Prepare timelines and meeting materials, and distribute draft filings. Ensure complete and accurate supporting documentation of financial and other information used in external reporting, including financial statements, earnings release and supporting information, earnings release scripts, Investor Relations materials and Audit Committee materials. Develop and maintain professional solid understanding and control of eBay’s SEC reporting application tool, Workiva. Maintain a strong proven understanding of relevant SEC rules and regulations and U.S. GAAP guidance. Coordinate review of disclosures with external auditors and accurately communicate resolutions. Assist with or review of the xBRL process. Ensure SOX 404 compliance for areas of responsibility.
