Build and maintain a weekly project dashboard on ongoing issues and projects. Develop project plans tracking dependencies, feature, functionality and process change implementations. Proactively track and measure process and project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Partner with other business units to expedite and facilitate established processes to improve operations. Assist with other tasks such as supporting the creation of metrics, reporting, and onboarding new members to the team.
