Project Manager, Compliance Operations

As a project lead within the Global Compliance Operations team, you will play a critical role within the eBay Sanctions screening team to track, manage, and measure key initiatives. Partner with the Sanctions Operations team and external vendors to track and manage projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered timely and within scope. Build and maintain a weekly project dashboard on ongoing issues and projects. Develop project plans tracking dependencies, feature, functionality and process change implementations. Proactively track and measure process and project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Partner with other business units to expedite and facilitate established processes to improve operations. Assist with other tasks such as supporting the creation of metrics, reporting, and onboarding new members to the team.
