  1. Lead the development and implementation of tools and systems to improve efficiency and productivity in our warehouses.
  2. Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in warehouse processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product roadmap, and prioritize features and enhancements.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including warehouse operators, supply chain teams, and technology teams.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Drive the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  7. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
  8. Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  9. Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
  11. Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices in warehouse management and incorporate them into product development.
  12. Mentor and guide junior product team members, providing support and guidance to foster their growth and development.
  13. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support for the warehouse tools.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact product development or delivery timelines.
  15. Work closely with other product managers and teams to ensure product consistency and alignment with company-wide product strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Ecommerce Or Supply Chain Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Warehouse Operations And Tools Used In The Industry.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Experience In Developing And Launching Successful Products, As Well As Analyzing Market Trends And Competition.
