- Develop and execute product strategies for Qoo10 Japan, in line with the overall goals and objectives of eBay.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends in the Japanese market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, engineering, and operations, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing development of Qoo10 Japan.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
- Stay updated on industry news and trends, and utilize this knowledge to inform product decisions and strategies.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Work closely with the customer support team to address any product-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and updates based on business needs, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance and progress of Qoo10 Japan.
- Identify and implement new product opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expand the presence of Qoo10 in the Japanese market.
- Ensure all product development and launches adhere to eBay's standards of quality, usability, and accessibility.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Japanese e-commerce market, providing insights and recommendations for the company's overall strategy and direction.
- Collaborate with the global product team to share best practices and align on product roadmap and initiatives.
- Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve the Qoo10 Japan platform.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The E-Commerce Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Japanese Market And Consumer Behavior, With Previous Experience Working In Japan.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Launches And Driving Revenue Growth.
