- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Seller Experience on eBay's platform.
- Lead the product development process from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and data analytics to develop innovative and effective solutions for our sellers.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in the Seller Experience.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for the Seller Experience, constantly evaluating and adjusting based on business objectives and market trends.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and success to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Work closely with sellers and gather feedback to understand pain points and identify areas for improvement in the selling process.
- Keep up-to-date with e-commerce and marketplace trends and best practices to inform product decisions and strategies.
- Work with the customer service team to ensure a positive and seamless seller experience on the platform.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and implement partnerships and integrations that enhance the Seller Experience on eBay.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or Related Role, Preferably In E-Commerce Or Marketplace Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Or Features That Improve Seller Experience And Drive Business Growth.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Inform Product Decisions And Measure Success.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
