Leading as a Partner to Engineering Managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and team dynamics. Maintain consistent, metrics driven follow up to keep the hiring manager focused and informed on hiring goals. Accountable to key process and deliverable metrics (KPI’s) critical to informing the business of team capability & capacity as well as promote career growth and measurement within our global technical recruiting team. Act as a consultant in hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc. Identify, engage and secure an ongoing diverse candidate pool (both passive and active) for present and future Ebay hiring. Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition. Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates.
