- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Seller Experience team, specifically in regards to regulatory compliance.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and compliance, to understand and interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact eBay's seller community.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of eBay's platform and seller tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and implement product features and updates that address regulatory requirements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives related to regulatory compliance.
- Communicate and advocate for the Seller Experience team's initiatives and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to regulatory compliance for eBay's platform and sellers.
- Monitor and analyze feedback from sellers and internal teams to continuously improve the seller experience related to regulatory compliance.
Extensive Experience In Regulatory Compliance: A Principal Pm For Seller Experience At Ebay Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Frameworks Related To E-Commerce And Online Marketplaces.
