Payroll Coordinator

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for working with the existing payroll team to perform all payroll related activities for the North American Shared Service group. Process full cycle end-to-end payrolls. Exercise independent judgment in resolving employee inquiries. Critical review of employee master-file changes in consideration of both Company Policy and Federal, State and Local statutory requirements. Lead efforts to enhance efficiency in operations and technology to support a touchless payroll cycle. Perform non-regular earnings payments. Perform critical review of periodic earnings, deduction audits and garnishment oversight in support of Company obligations and efforts to maintain a World Class payroll environment.
