  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow and expand eBay's payment offerings globally.
  2. Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the payments industry to enhance eBay's payment capabilities.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the payments landscape.
  4. Build and manage relationships with existing and potential payment partners to drive business growth and ensure seamless integration.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and execution of new payment programs.
  6. Monitor and analyze the performance of payment programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  7. Keep up-to-date with regulatory and compliance requirements related to payments and ensure that eBay's payment processes are in line with industry standards.
  8. Represent eBay at industry events and conferences to promote our payment offerings and network with potential partners.
  9. Work closely with the product development team to provide input and insights on new payment features and enhancements.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the customer experience related to payments, ensuring a seamless and secure shopping experience for eBay customers.
