Internal Auditor, Risk & Controls

We are looking for a Sr. Internal Auditor, Risk & Controls for our complaints management risk and advisory program within eBay’s Global Customer Experience (GCX) Team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all aspects of the global complaints management process adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies, and ensuring that we are consistently responding to external requests in a timely manner with appropriate controls. Understand regulatory complaint management requirements. Establish/document internal policies, design, implement, and execute controls across the complaints management program. Discover, understand, and interpret trends in complaints volumes and its correlated drivers, recommend actions to drive improvements. Assist in implementing corrective actions while addressing process and control deficiencies. Lead teams to support compliance assessments and internal control testing.
