- Develop and implement a comprehensive global trust strategy for eBay, taking into account the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of trust and risk management for the company, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas of risk and develop plans to mitigate and manage those risks.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and developments in trust and risk management, and make recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

- Prepare and present reports and updates to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Continuously assess and improve trust and risk management processes and procedures, utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance trust and risk management efforts.
- Serve as an ambassador for the company, promoting a culture of trust and transparency both internally and externally.
