
Digital Merchandiser
Directing and managing a collectible site merchandiser that reports to them. Ensuring that this person’s role ladders up to the strategic plan. Build cultural, brand specific, or category events in coordination with internal stakeholders including category manager, marketing, PR/Comms, and global partners. Own key strategic initiatives that require high amounts of cross-functional collaboration and buy-in. Leveraging analytics to report out on key site KPIs and inform merchandising decisions as well as own weekly merchandising performance readout. Lead weekly merchandising meeting to share performance, recent learnings, preview campaigns, and competitive analysis. Understand and participate in consumer research studies with the ability to apply relevant takeaways to the site merchandising plan.
Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
8+ years of experience in site merchandising/marketing carrying out highly visible online customer experiences
Proven experience using analytical tools to measure performance, A/B test, determine improvements and make adjustments
Experience working optimally with cross-functional teams and projects to drive outcomes towards objectives
Collectibles & Toys experience a plus
