Job Description

Understand business goals, challenges, root causes of customer problems and metrics of success for each project — helping teams stay aligned and/or adjusting as necessary. Lead, drive and deliver designs from problem definition to final execution both within the Buyer Payments domain and across the complete E2E customer journey using user-centered thinking. Create user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, Lo-Fi/Hi-Fi designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development process. Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to develop and support your designs. Mentor/lead other designers on the team, providing support and direction at a project level.

Job Qualifications

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment and are comfortable with project ambiguity and change

  • 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX/Product/Visual design experience in web and native apps.

  • Highly proficient in design and wireframing software such as Figma.

  • Strong understanding of the user-centered design process. Experience working in an agile based environment is a plus.

  • Experience concepting and visualizing experiences through storyboarding, scenarios, task flows, and prototypes
