  1. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving knowledge management processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and visualizations to communicate insights and support decision-making.
  4. Continuously monitor data quality and proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science techniques, and incorporate them into our data analysis processes.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports.
  7. Work closely with the Knowledge Management team to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for leveraging data to improve knowledge management.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance with regulations.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics and provide guidance and support to other team members.
