Business Operations Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Business Operations Manager at eBay to join our team and help shape our company’s future. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving business operations excellence.The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our organization, including project and resource management, process improvement, and operational metrics. You will also be a key contributor on our Senior Leadership team and will be involved in setting our strategic vision. This role requires an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization.To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. 9. Analyze data and provide reports to senior leadership.
10. Maintain a deep understanding of business operations and process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
