Job Description

eBay is looking for a highly motivated and organized B2C Onboarding Advisor to join our rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once. If you are a creative, innovative, and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping customers, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or onboarding, preferably within the e-commerce industry. Additionally, you should be proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, have the ability to identify customer needs, and have a comprehensive understanding of the eBay platform. A background in digital marketing and experience with project management will be considered an asset. Above all, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to onboard customers onto the eBay platform.
  2. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Manage multiple projects at once and ensure successful completion.
  4. Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to keep track of customer interactions.
  5. Utilize digital marketing techniques to increase customer engagement.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the eBay platform.
  7. Provide clear and effective communication between customers and the organization.
  8. Solve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
