  1. Develop and execute customer relationship management strategies to enhance engagement and retention on eBay's platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative and visually impactful ideas.
  3. Utilize a strong understanding of CRM best practices to inform and guide creative decisions.
  4. Create and maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity for eBay's CRM campaigns.
  5. Lead the development of creative concepts and designs for various CRM initiatives.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of creative assets.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform and evolve eBay's CRM strategies.
  9. Work closely with the marketing and data analytics teams to develop data-driven and personalized CRM campaigns.
  10. Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and freelancers, to support the production of CRM assets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Creative Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Position.

  • Proficient In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Strategies And How To Effectively Implement Them In A Digital Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Marketing, Product, And Technology Teams.
