Job Description

eBay is looking for an Ad Sales Specialist who will be responsible for the growth and overall success of our advertising business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, experienced in digital marketing, and have a strong knowledge of the current advertising landscape. If you have a passion for sales, a keen eye for detail, and a drive for success, we want to hear from you!The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising sales and/or business development. You must possess excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once. Additionally, you should have a strong proficiency with data analysis and the ability to create compelling presentations. Experience with working with large brands and agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and success of the advertising business.
  2. Assist in the development of client relationships with large brands and agencies.
  3. Analyze data to create compelling presentations.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Monitor industry trends and recommend changes that will improve performance.
  6. Remain organized and ensure deadlines are met.
  7. Utilize excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  8. Provide customer support and troubleshooting assistance when needed.
  9. Track sales performance and provide reporting.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure all goals are met.
