1. Lead and manage project controls activities for Eastman Chemical Company's portfolio of projects.
2. Develop and implement project controls policies, procedures, and systems to ensure successful project execution.
3. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to establish project controls plans and budgets.
4. Monitor and track project progress and performance against established plans and budgets.
5. Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and senior management.
7. Provide guidance and support to project teams on project controls best practices and procedures.
8. Manage and mentor a team of project controls professionals, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.

10. Continuously evaluate and improve project controls processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Participate in project reviews and provide recommendations for improving project performance.
12. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
13. Serve as a point of contact for project controls related inquiries and escalations.
14. Contribute to the development of annual budgets and forecasts for project controls activities.
