Eastman Chemical Company is seeking an experienced and qualified General Human Resources Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has a strong background in Human Resources and can bring energy, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas to our organization. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources policies, procedures and laws, as well as a passion for helping individuals develop their skills and reach their full potential.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, and a thorough knowledge of applicable labor laws. We are also looking for someone who is a team player, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you have a deep commitment to the Human Resources field and possess the qualifications listed above, we welcome you to join our team!
