As an Environmental Instrument Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our environmental compliance by utilizing your expertise in instrument maintenance and data analysis.   1. Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of environmental instruments to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair any issues with environmental instruments to minimize downtime and maintain compliance.
  3. Analyze data collected from environmental instruments and identify any trends or anomalies that may require further investigation.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new methods for continuous improvement of environmental compliance processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to environmental instrument analysis.
  6. Monitor and track instrument maintenance schedules and ensure all necessary maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain detailed records and documentation of instrument maintenance and repairs for regulatory compliance purposes.
  8. Train and support other team members on proper instrument operation and maintenance procedures.
  9. Communicate any potential risks or issues related to instrument performance to management in a timely manner.
  10. Participate in internal and external audits to assess and improve environmental compliance processes.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers for procurement, installation, and maintenance of new environmental instruments.
  12. Continuously evaluate and optimize instrument analysis procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating and maintaining environmental instruments.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to other departments as needed.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Chemistry, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working As An Environmental Instrument Analyst In A Chemical Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Various Analytical Instruments Such As Gas Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, And Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy.

  • Strong Understanding Of Environmental Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Those Related To Air Emissions, Water Quality, And Waste Management.

  • Excellent Data Analysis And Reporting Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Scientific Data To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
