Capital Projects Construction Manager

Eastman Chemical Company is looking for a Capital Projects Construction Manager to join our team. We're seeking an experienced professional with a passion for project management and construction excellence. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.The Capital Projects Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of capital projects, from concept to completion. This includes planning, organizing, and managing the construction process from the initial concept to completion. This individual will work closely with the project team to ensure that project goals are met and that construction timelines are adhered to.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in either construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques, as well as the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications are also essential.
