  1. Lead the development and implementation of mechanical software programs to ensure the integrity and reliability of assets within the company.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize asset integrity needs and develop effective software solutions.
  3. Oversee the maintenance and updates of existing mechanical software programs to ensure they meet industry standards and comply with company policies.
  4. Conduct thorough and ongoing evaluations of asset integrity processes and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of software development with overall company goals and objectives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical software and identify opportunities for implementation within the company.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments on mechanical software related issues.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to asset integrity and software development.
  9. Monitor and analyze data to identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions to prevent asset failures.
  10. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of software development projects.
  11. Train and mentor team members on mechanical software development and best practices.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all software development activities, including reports and documentation.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed for software development projects.
  14. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures related to asset integrity and software development to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and the company as a whole.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Integrity And Mechanical Software Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Codes And Standards, Such As Asme, Api, And Nace.

  • Experience In Leading A Team And Managing Projects.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Software Tools And Programming Languages, Such As Autocad, Matlab, And Python.
