- Develop and execute the overall company strategy, working closely with senior leadership to align with the company's mission and vision.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform and guide the company's strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of strategy professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights and feedback on the company's strategy.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Economics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Strategy Development, Preferably In A Global Or Consumer Goods Company
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Complex Projects And Initiatives, With A Track Record Of Delivering Successful Results.
