
Process and Systems Associate Manager – Logistics

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and systems
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost savings
- Lead and manage projects to improve logistics operations and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies
- Train and educate team members on new processes and systems to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures for logistics processes
- Proactively identify potential risks or disruptions in the logistics process and develop contingency plans
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and actively seek feedback from team members to identify areas for enhancement
- Represent the company in meetings with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and resolve operational issues.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics And Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Six Sigma Or Lean.
Experience With Erp Systems And Logistics Software Such As Sap, Oracle, And Wms.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
