• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and systems
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost savings
• Lead and manage projects to improve logistics operations and achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products
• Monitor and track key performance indicators to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies
• Train and educate team members on new processes and systems to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures for logistics processes
• Proactively identify potential risks or disruptions in the logistics process and develop contingency plans
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and actively seek feedback from team members to identify areas for enhancement
• Represent the company in meetings with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and resolve operational issues.
