  1. Operate and maintain utilities systems including but not limited to HVAC, compressed air, steam, water, and electricity.
  2. Ensure safe and efficient operation of all utilities systems.
  3. Monitor and analyze utility consumption data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with utilities systems.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of utilities equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for utilities systems.
  7. Train and coach team members on proper operation and maintenance of utilities systems.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement energy efficiency initiatives.
  9. Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to utilities operations.
  11. Identify and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  12. Monitor and maintain compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
  13. Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
  15. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in utilities operations and make recommendations for implementation.
  16. Adhere to all company values, policies, and procedures.

  • Knowledge Of Utilities Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Utilities Systems, Such As Hvac, Electrical, And Water Treatment, And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Maintain These Systems Effectively.
