- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams in relation to DuPont's products and services.
- Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products and services or develop new ones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and inquiries from customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and develop solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and incorporate them into product development strategies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Conduct product and service trainings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits and gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and inform product development.
- Participate in product testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality.
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials by providing technical insights and expertise.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide technical support to ensure their satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations while performing job duties.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for technical support and product development.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and progress reports.
- Represent DuPont and its products and services in a professional and positive manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support And Development Roles.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team And With Clients.
