Job Description

DuPont is looking for a highly-skilled and motivated Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and customer service to our clients. You will be the main point of contact and ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. You must also have a technical background, and be knowledgeable in DuPont products and services. A Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field is preferred.We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys the challenge of providing technical assistance to our clients. Responsibilities:
