Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing statistical process control programs to drive continuous improvement and ensure quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.   1. Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) programs to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
  2. Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  4. Lead and manage projects related to SPC, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with SPC standards.
  6. Provide training and support to team members on SPC principles and practices.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SPC and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in SPC methodologies.
  9. Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to throughout the manufacturing process.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to promote understanding and buy-in for SPC programs.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to SPC implementation.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to SPC programs.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve SPC processes and procedures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  14. Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines and protocols.
  15. Act as a positive representative of DuPont and its values, promoting a culture of innovation, sustainability, and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Statistical Process Control Or Quality Management

  • Strong Understanding Of Statistical Analysis Techniques And Tools

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Spc Programs In A Manufacturing Environment

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Train And Mentor Team Members On Spc Principles And Practices.
