
Statistical Process Control - Program Manager

- Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) programs to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
- Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Lead and manage projects related to SPC, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with SPC standards.
- Provide training and support to team members on SPC principles and practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SPC and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in SPC methodologies.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to throughout the manufacturing process.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to promote understanding and buy-in for SPC programs.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to SPC implementation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to SPC programs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve SPC processes and procedures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines and protocols.
- Act as a positive representative of DuPont and its values, promoting a culture of innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
Bachelor's Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Statistical Process Control Or Quality Management
Strong Understanding Of Statistical Analysis Techniques And Tools
Experience With Implementing And Managing Spc Programs In A Manufacturing Environment
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Train And Mentor Team Members On Spc Principles And Practices.
