  1. Lead and coordinate all aspects of site turnarounds, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  2. Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency are top priorities throughout the turnaround process.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for each turnaround and ensure they are followed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute turnaround activities, including maintenance, engineering, and operations.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the turnaround process.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve turnaround processes and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Monitor and report on the progress of turnaround activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  8. Lead and motivate a team of contractors and internal employees to achieve turnaround goals and objectives.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations during the turnaround process.
  11. Conduct post-turnaround reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Share best practices and lessons learned with other sites to drive consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to turnarounds and incorporate them into our processes.
  14. Act as a role model for safety by promoting a culture of safety and adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Site Turnarounds, With A Focus On Safety, Quality, And Efficiency.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Ability To Effectively Manage Budgets, Timelines, And Resources.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
