  1. Monitor and analyze financial data related to site operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to optimize site performance.
  3. Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting and internal controls.
  4. Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement, and make recommendations to management.
  5. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights on performance trends.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to various stakeholders.
  7. Work closely with site operations teams to understand their financial needs and provide support and guidance.
  8. Maintain and update financial models to reflect changes in business operations and market conditions.
  9. Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the site.
  10. Proactively identify and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities to management.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to site operations finance.
  12. Train and mentor junior finance team members as needed.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the finance department.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis Or Operations Finance

  • Knowledge Of Financial Reporting And Analysis, Including Budgeting And Forecasting

  • Experience Working In A Manufacturing Or Operations Environment, Preferably Within The Chemical Industry.
