  1. Develop and implement metrology strategies and processes to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in our current metrology practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry advancements in metrology to identify new technologies and techniques that can be implemented in our processes.
  4. Lead the design, development, and implementation of new metrology systems and equipment in collaboration with our engineering team.
  5. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on metrology techniques and best practices.
  6. Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
  7. Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery and installation of new metrology equipment.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with metrology equipment and processes to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in relation to metrology operations.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to other departments, as needed.
  11. Prepare and present reports and updates on metrology activities and results to senior management.
  12. Keep accurate records and documentation of all metrology processes and procedures.
  13. Participate in budget planning and cost-saving initiatives related to metrology operations.
  14. Act as a liaison between DuPont and external partners and organizations in the field of metrology.
  15. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and techniques to improve our metrology processes and capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Manufacturing Technology And Metrology

  • Proficiency In Cad And Other Engineering Software

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Metrology

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
