  1. Conduct research and experiments to support the development of new products and enhancement of existing products.
  2. Collaborate with team members to design and execute research plans and experiments.
  3. Analyze and interpret data, and communicate findings to team members and other stakeholders.
  4. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, and apply knowledge to research projects.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of research procedures, results, and analyses.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to ethical standards in research practices.
  7. Contribute to the development of research strategies and project proposals.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during research projects.
  9. Work independently and in a team setting to meet project deadlines.
  10. Continuously improve research processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Present research findings at team meetings and conferences.
  12. Mentor and train junior research staff as needed.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, production, and quality assurance to ensure successful product development.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and its values.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Educational Background: A Research Investigator At Dupont Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Engineering. A Ph.d. Or Equivalent Experience Is Preferred.

  • Extensive Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Conducting Successful Research Projects, Preferably In A Corporate Or Academic Setting. They Should Have Experience In Experimental Design, Data Analysis, And Scientific Writing.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Research Methods And Techniques: The Research Investigator Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of A Variety Of Research Methods And Techniques, Including But Not Limited To Chromatography, Spectroscopy, And Microscopy. They Should Also Be Familiar With Standard Laboratory Procedures And Safety Protocols.

  • Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: Dupont's Research Investigator Should Possess Strong Critical Thinking Skills And Be Able To Identify Research Gaps And Design Experiments To Fill Them. They Should Also Be Able To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data And Draw Meaningful Conclusions.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities: In Addition To Technical Skills, The Research Investigator Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. They Should Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Team Members, Present Their Research Findings To A Diverse Audience, And Publish Their Work In Scientific Journals.
