Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive raw material quality management program to ensure the highest quality of raw materials for industrial applications.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of suppliers to ensure they meet DuPont's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, engineering, and production, to identify and resolve quality issues with raw materials.
  4. Research and evaluate potential new suppliers, conducting supplier assessments and negotiations to ensure the best quality and cost for raw materials.
  5. Monitor and analyze supplier performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering open communication and a collaborative approach to quality improvement.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to raw materials, and proactively identify potential risks to DuPont's supply chain.
  8. Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the raw material quality management process.
  9. Communicate and report on raw material quality and supplier performance to management, providing recommendations for improvement as needed.
  10. Train and educate employees on raw material quality standards and processes, ensuring consistent understanding and adherence across the organization.
  11. Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the raw material supply chain, promoting DuPont's values of innovation, excellence, and sustainability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality And Supplier Management Within A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Raw Materials Used In The Production Of Specialty Chemicals And Their Quality Control Standards.

  • Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001.

  • Strong Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Internal Teams And External Suppliers.
