Job Description

At DuPont, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, from testing raw materials to inspecting the final product. As part of the Quality Control team, you will be instrumental in helping us maintain our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in a Quality Control role. You must be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail. You should have experience working with quality control systems and be familiar with industry best practices. A background in chemical engineering or a related field is a plus. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a passion for quality assurance and control.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct testing and inspection of raw materials to ensure quality standards are met.
  2. Execute quality control processes and procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  3. Monitor and report on quality control performance and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  4. Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
  5. Develop and maintain quality control metrics and track performance against established goals.
  6. Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials.
  7. Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
  8. Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and standards.
  9. Create and update detailed documentation related to quality control processes and procedures.
  10. Train and mentor other team members in quality control processes and procedures.
