Quality Control Analyst

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure all products and services meet the highest quality standards. • Monitor quality control processes and inspect finished goods for any defects or inconsistencies. • Analyze data and identify patterns or trends in order to identify areas of improvement. • Investigate customer complaints and identify root causes to determine corrective actions. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the entire production process. • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, such as inspection reports and process flows. • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards. • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
