  1. Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and advancements in protective apparel technology.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve protective apparel products.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to design and develop innovative solutions for protective apparel.
  4. Conduct testing and analysis to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitive products, and customer feedback to inform product development.
  6. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety and well-being of users.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including management and customers.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to support product development.
  9. Participate in product launch activities, including training and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve existing products to meet changing market demands and customer needs.
  12. Monitor product performance and conduct root cause analysis to address any issues that may arise.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  14. Contribute to the development of intellectual property and patents related to protective apparel.
  15. Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Research And Development Of Protective Apparel Materials.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Materials Testing And Characterization Techniques.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Protective Apparel.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Develop Innovative Solutions For Protective Apparel Applications.
