- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Research And Development Of Protective Apparel Materials.
Strong Knowledge Of Materials Testing And Characterization Techniques.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Protective Apparel.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Develop Innovative Solutions For Protective Apparel Applications.
