  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant regulations and standards related to our products, including but not limited to chemical safety, environmental impact, and labeling requirements.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in regulations and proactively communicate any potential impacts to the company's products and operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards, and obtain necessary approvals and certifications.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for product modifications or discontinuations as needed to maintain compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Lead the development and implementation of product stewardship and regulatory strategies, including processes for managing data, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on product safety and regulatory compliance, providing guidance and training to internal teams and external partners as needed.
  7. Engage with regulatory agencies and industry associations to represent the company's interests and stay informed of any changes or updates in regulations or standards.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to product stewardship and regulatory compliance, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainable solutions, and utilize this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the company.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for DuPont's commitment to sustainability and responsible product stewardship, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Environmental Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Stewardship And Regulatory Compliance.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations Related To Chemical Products.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Regulatory Frameworks, Including Reach And Ghs.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
