  1. Conduct regulatory research and analysis to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to product safety and sustainability.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of global product regulatory requirements and standards.
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams and external customers on product safety and compliance matters.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and approve product labels, marketing materials, and other product-related documents for regulatory compliance.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential product safety and compliance risks.
  6. Monitor and communicate changes in product regulations and standards to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on product safety and regulatory compliance.
  8. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to internal and external product safety and compliance standards.
  9. Participate in industry forums and regulatory meetings to stay current on emerging trends and best practices.
  10. Provide support in responding to regulatory inquiries and requests for information.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to product safety and regulatory compliance.
  12. Act as a liaison between DuPont and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide sustainability initiatives.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to product stewardship and regulatory compliance.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide recommendations for product development and innovation to meet regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Product Stewardship And Regulatory Compliance: Candidates Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Local, National, And International Regulations Related To Product Safety And Environmental Impact. This Includes Knowledge Of Hazardous Materials Management, Chemical Safety, And Waste Management.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Fields Such As Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Or Engineering. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Evaluate And Advise On Product Safety And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Project Management Skills: The Role Of A Product Stewardship & Regulatory Consultant At Dupont Involves Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Ensuring They Are Completed On Time And Within Budget. Candidates Should Have Experience In Project Management And Be Able To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Government Agencies, And External Stakeholders. Candidates Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With A Diverse Group Of Individuals.

  • Regulatory Experience: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Regulatory Agencies And Have A Strong Understanding Of Their Processes And Requirements. This Includes Experience With Product Registrations, Compliance Audits, And Responding To Inquiries And Inspections From Regulatory Bodies.
