Job Description

At DuPont, we are looking for an innovative and passionate Product Development Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and improving products to meet customer needs, and for overseeing the development process from concept to completion.We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You should have a strong understanding of product design principles, fabrication techniques, and materials selection. You must also be able to effectively collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that products meet customer requirements.You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in product development and engineering. Responsibilities:

  1. Research and develop new products to meet customer needs and specifications.
  2. Design products, utilizing engineering principles, fabrication techniques, and materials selection.
  3. Create detailed product specifications, and oversee the product development process from concept to completion.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
  5. Test prototypes to ensure product performance and durability.
  6. Develop manufacturing processes for new products.
  7. Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for products.
  8. Monitor product performance after launch and suggest improvements.
  9. Evaluate existing products and suggest new designs or modifications.
  10. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements in product design and development.
