  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and sustainability of our company's products.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance and support in all areas of product and regulatory stewardship.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of product and regulatory requirements.
  5. Stay updated on any changes or updates in regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively to the relevant teams.
  6. Lead and drive sustainability initiatives to promote environmentally responsible practices within the company.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of our company's products to ensure they meet all necessary regulatory and safety standards.
  8. Provide training and support to internal teams on product and regulatory stewardship best practices.
  9. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve product stewardship processes and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and regulatory agencies to ensure a smooth and efficient compliance process.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all product and regulatory stewardship activities.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on product and regulatory stewardship, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product and regulatory stewardship processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Handle any product or regulatory stewardship-related inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards of ethical conduct in all product and regulatory stewardship activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Or Regulatory Affairs.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Stewardship And/Or Regulatory Compliance Within The Chemical Or Agricultural Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Local, National, And International Regulations And Standards Related To Product Safety And Environmental Sustainability.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Risks And Compliance Issues In A Proactive Manner.
