We are looking for a talented Process Engineer to join the DuPont team and help us drive operational excellence. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our processes are optimized to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet all applicable safety regulations. You will need to be a creative problem solver with strong technical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a process engineering role. Responsibilities:
• Develop process engineering solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure that all processes are compliant with safety regulations
• Troubleshoot existing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Design automation systems to streamline processes
• Work with data analysis tools such as Excel and MATLAB to generate reports and insights
• Develop and maintain process documentation
• Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure that goals are met
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to management
• Evaluate new technologies and procedures to determine their potential impact on operations
