Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join the team at DuPont. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing processes to ensure the highest production output and product quality. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the production team to ensure that production is optimized and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, and a demonstrated knowledge of process engineering principles and best practices. You should also have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: -Develop, maintain, and optimize processes to ensure highest production output and product quality -Work closely with other members of the production team to ensure production is optimized and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented -Analyze data and provide technical solutions to improve process efficiency -Develop and implement process control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards -Maintain detailed records of process changes and monitor progress in order to report on results -Train and mentor junior process engineers -Carry out process audits and inspections as required -Develop and implement process safety procedures -Investigate process-related issues and take appropriate corrective action -Identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives
