Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Business, Or Agriculture.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing Budgets, Resources, And Production Schedules.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Diverse Team.
