  1. Operate production and inspection equipment: The primary responsibility of this role is to operate various production and inspection equipment to ensure the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of products.
  2. Monitor production processes: The Production & Inspection Operator will be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and making necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.
  3. Maintain quality standards: It is the responsibility of the Production & Inspection Operator to adhere to strict quality standards and procedures to ensure that all products meet the required specifications.
  4. Collaborate with team members: This role requires working closely with other team members to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of production processes.
  5. Follow safety protocols: The Production & Inspection Operator must adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for themselves and their colleagues.
  6. Maintain equipment: It is the responsibility of the Production & Inspection Operator to perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production and inspection equipment to ensure their proper functioning.
  7. Record and report production data: The Production & Inspection Operator will be responsible for accurately recording and reporting production data, including any issues or concerns, to their supervisor.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The Production & Inspection Operator must follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, safety, and attendance.

Job Qualifications
