Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Material Quality and Supplier Management Engineer to join the DuPont family. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of materials and the performance of suppliers, as well as leading a team in the execution of supplier management activities.The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background as well as excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. They should also be able to work collaboratively with suppliers and stakeholders, as well as to identify and implement process improvements.We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemistry, or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in material quality and/or supplier management. Responsibilities: • Ensure the quality of materials and performance of suppliers. • Lead a team in the execution of supplier management activities. • Identify and implement process improvements. • Work collaboratively with suppliers and stakeholders. • Develop and maintain quality management systems. • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance. • Monitor compliance with regulatory standards. • Resolve supplier related issues. • Train and mentor team members. • Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement. • Develop and implement best practices for supplier management. • Conduct supplier audits. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met. • Create and maintain supplier scorecards.
